Well it has certainly been a big few weeks for the team! Since our last newsletter, Kristy Gillespie has been offered a Wildcard invitation to race in the Pro Lites class at round one of the MX Nationals at her home town event at Albury.
We have been training and testing development combinations to suit Kristy’s newfound speed and got some awesome photos while we were at it. Check out the gallery here for some really cool shots.
New recruit Jay Wilson is also back on the bike after sustaining an injury just days after signing with the team. Jay raced at the Toowoomba round of the Sunshine State on the weekend and despite having around an hour on his KTM 250SX-F during the week, went out in his debut ride for the team to take out two class wins!

In more good news, Sam Duncanson is back on the bike. Sam has been recovering from a big spill and began some on-bike training last week in preparation for the world junior team qualifier at round two of the MX Nationals in Canberra.
A class for the 15 year old Rookies will be held at the event with results considered in light of applications received and against riders entered in the U19’s Championship and Pro Lite categories. It will be a challenge, but one that Duncanson is definitely not shying away from.
We have also been out testing with Dylan Long on his brand new KTM 150SX. Longy has been out and about already this season cleaning up State based events on board his 125SX and with the success of our test day on the KTM150 – well let’s just say we can’t wait to see how he goes in race conditions :-)
We captured some great shots of Longy on both bikes which you can check out here – the scrubs are very impressive! In terms of what is ahead for the team: On 27 & 28 March, Longy will compete with Gillespie at the Murray River Masters at Cobram.
4 & 5 April will see Kristy Gillespie in the Pro Lites at round one of the MX Nationals at Albury, with Dylan and Jay also competing at the event in the 85cc class for the world junior team qualifier.
On 17 & 18 April, Sam will be competing in the 15 years Rookies at round two of the MX Nationals at Canberra.
