Kristy Gillespie continues her domination of Victorian Womenís Motocross Championship

GMR Motorex KTM racer Kristy Gillespie has continued her winning streak at the second round of the Victorian Senior Motocross Championships at Maffra-Sale on 29 May 2011.

Gillespie is the reigning Victorian Women’s  Motocross Champion, having won the title for five consecutive years and remains unbeaten so far in the series, winning all six races on board her KTM250SXF. Two rounds remain for the Championship.

“I am really happy with the result today’ said Kristy ‘I won all three of my motos so it has really consolidated my points lead in the Championship. I am really looking forward to the next two rounds of racing and hopefully we will wrap up another title.”

Team Manager Glenn Macdonald was at the event and said “The result was well deserved. Although there was some challenges in a couple of races, Kristy’s experience shone as the track became rough and the day wore on, winning the final race by well over 30 seconds. Kristy rode well and remained focused on the Championship win.”
