Dylan Long put in a huge performance on 20 & 21 June 09 at round two of the Victorian Junior MX Championships held at Cobram in northern Victoria, taking a class win and a runner up to maintain his Championship lead in both classes.
The track was in awesome condition with a mix of sandy-loam sections and hard pack, with both technical and high speed sections providing plenty of variety for the riders.
Long claimed three race wins in 12-u16 years 85cc-150F class to secure a convincing round win and has now cemented his lead in the Championship heading into the final round to be held at Rosebud in a few weeks time.
"I had a really good round of racing on my KTM 85 SX this at Cobram," said Long. "I got the holeshot in race one, and lead to the chequers. In race two and three, even though I was in about third heading into the whoops section out of turn two, I quickly reeled in the front guys and took the lead to take the wins.”... more>>

GMR Motorex KTM would like to congratulate all three junior members on their selection for the Australian World Junior MX Team to be held in Taupo, New Zealand on 15 & 16 August.
Jay Wilson and Dylan Long have secured a place in the 12-15 years 85cc class, while Sam Duncanson will be a reserve rider in the hotly contested 15-18 years 250F class.
