GMR Motorex KTM racers contested the third and final round of the NSW Motocross Championships on 9 & 10 July at Lakes, with Jay Wilson walking away with double class honours in both the 15 years two-stroke and four-stroke Lites classes.
The hilly venue was rain soaked and extremely muddy, causing the cancellation of all classes up to and including the 9-11 years 85cc category leaving Reece Rayner on the sidelines for the event however both Jay Wilson and Scott Mann lined up in the demanding conditions.
Jay collected the round win in the 15 years two-stroke class and placed 4th in the four-stroke category, securing sufficient points to take the two Championship classes.
